Terms of service

Last updated 16 July 2026 · Version 2.0

These terms are a binding agreement between you and We All Share B.V. (trading as “Arazon”), the company behind Hathi (“we”, “us”), registered in the Netherlands (KVK no. 97630306) with its registered office at Schipperslaan 9, 1906 BG Limmen, the Netherlands. By creating an account or using Hathi, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as short and honest as a complete agreement allows.

1. Who can use Hathi

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use Hathi on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Hathi is an AI-powered personal assistant that operates inside your messaging apps (WhatsApp and iMessage). It plans, books, researches and remembers on your behalf. Hathi is a software tool, not a person or a professional adviser, and it uses artificial intelligence that can make mistakes.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account and connected channels secure, and for activity that happens through them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You can stop messages on any channel at once by replying STOP; this is independent of your subscription.

4. Plans, fees & billing

Hathi is one plan at £12 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The plan includes a fair-use cap of 1,500 messages per calendar month; if you approach it, Hathi tells you in chat — nobody is cut off silently. If a payment fails, we retry over a 7-day grace period and Hathi keeps working; if it still can’t be collected, the subscription pauses and your memory is kept safe for 90 days.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new purchase. By starting to use Hathi immediately you ask us to begin the service during that period, and you acknowledge that once it’s fully performed your right to cancel may be lost or a proportionate charge may apply. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hathi to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • create, solicit or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers children, or other illegal content;
  • generate or facilitate violence, harassment, hate, self-harm, or the creation of weapons, malware or other serious harm;
  • deceive, defraud, impersonate, or run spam, scams or phishing;
  • make automated decisions about people in high-risk areas (such as credit, employment, housing, insurance, or legal matters) without appropriate human review;
  • violate others’ privacy, or infringe intellectual property or confidentiality;
  • probe, reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the safety, security or rate limits of the service, or resell it without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

7. Your content: inputs and outputs

“Inputs” are what you send Hathi; “Outputs” are what Hathi generates for you. As between you and us, you own your Inputs and we assign to you our rights in the Outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a licence to use your Inputs and Outputs only to operate, secure and provide the service to you. You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use Outputs, and you confirm you have the rights to submit them.

Because of the nature of AI, Outputs may not be unique — similar requests by others may produce similar results, and we may generate the same or similar content for others.

8. AI outputs — important limitations

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date or offensive, and should not be relied upon without checking. Hathi does not provide professional advice: Outputs are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional judgement. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs and for any actions taken on their basis — including real-world actions such as bookings or purchases Hathi makes at your request. Always confirm anything important.

9. Intellectual property

Hathi, its software, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These terms don’t give you any rights in them except the limited right to use the service. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the service.

10. Third-party channels & services

Hathi works through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and iMessage (Apple), and relies on other third-party providers. Your use of those channels is also subject to their own terms, and standard message or data charges from your carrier may apply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third parties.

11. Privacy

We never train AI models on your messages. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, export and erase your personal data, and forms part of these terms.

12. Availability & changes to the service

We work to keep Hathi available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we may set or adjust reasonable technical limits to protect the service.

13. Suspension & termination

You can stop using Hathi and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, the retention and erasure rules in our privacy policy apply.

14. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Hathi is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100.

16. Indemnity

If you use Hathi in the course of a business, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service. This does not apply to your use of Hathi as a consumer.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll give you reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email) before they take effect. Continuing to use Hathi after that means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts. If you’re a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

19. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms as part of a reorganisation or sale, without reducing your rights. Our failure to enforce a term isn’t a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
